Alexandre Gabriel – the visionary Master Blender behind Planteray Rum – personally selected 40 exquisite ex-bourbon casks to hold this unique spirit. The result? A deep and complex flavor profile that only 22 years of patient aging can achieve.

Double Aged Across Two Worlds
This rum has undergone Planteray’s signature double ageing process:
19 years in tropical heat in ex-bourbon barrels in Port of Spain, Trinidad
3 years in continental climate in Ferrand Cognac casks in Javrezac, France
This maturation method gives the rum exceptional complexity and elegance, placing it among the world’s finest.
