Vintage Port is the house’s prestigious wine, made only in particularly excellent years. Late Bottled Vintage Port is late bottled wine from one and the same year, aged 4-6 years in cask. Tawny Port is cask aged port wine. Some of the best are called 10, 20, 30 or 40 year old Tawny Port. Colheita Port is a so-called old, barrel-aged Tawny from a single year, where the year is always stated on the label / bottle. Ruby Port is a 3-4 year aged port wine with a dark color and strong, sweet taste. White Port, white port wine, is made according to the same principle as Ruby Port, but primarily on green grapes.
